How to Subscribe to a
Steed Arena Membership
Install the New Steed App:
Steed has a new PWA App (Progressive Web App) for our new membership. In order to use your membership at Steed, you must have the app installed and push notifications turned on. Tap the QR code above on your phone and follow the instructions to install the app (it's a little different than the usual App Store). Or go to steed.installable.app to install directly. Once you've added the app to your homescreen, click "get notifications" and agree, then click launch app. To join a membership, click the "Join Steed Membership" button and follow the instructions below.
Account Creation:
If you do not have an account with Swift, our new facilities management software, scan the QR code above to start the process on your phone.
Note for Family Memberships: Avoid using 'Sign in with Google' for family memberships to ensure all family members can access the account and mobile app independently without needing your Gmail password. Instead, provide the requested details (first name, last name, email) and click the blue "Continue" button.
Specify Membership Type:
Select "Yourself" for an individual membership.Choose "Your kids or dependents" for a family membership and follow the prompts.
Enter Personal Information:
Fill in your details, including your cell phone number to receive text messages.
Adding Family Members (For Family Memberships):
Use the black "Add" button to include each family member, entering their information as prompted.
Edit details using the pencil icon or remove members with the trash can icon.
Although optional fields are not mandatory, they help us better serve our members.
Payment Information:
Add your credit or debit card details. While this step is optional, saving your card facilitates future transactions. To skip, select "Skip."
Agreements and Marketing:
Read and accept our liability waiver.
Decide on opting in for marketing emails. While optional, we recommend agreeing to stay informed.
Finalizing Membership:
Click "Finish" and navigate back to the facility page.
Go to the memberships section, verify the selected plan, and click "Buy Now."
Ensure your card details are correct or input them if not already saved.Select "Pay and Confirm."
Completing Setup:
Congratulations! You are now a Steed member.
Lastly, download and install our app on all family members' devices for easy access and membership verification at the facility entrance.
