Steed Arena is proud to host the Helena Bighorns week-long Summer Development Camp for the second year in a row. Starting June 202, the Bighorns will be offering ice sessions and outdoor activities for 8, 10, 12u, and an evening session for the Junior and SeniorPrep age groups.

 

For the 8,10, and 12u, the morning session will be coached by Alex Molnar, a skills coach and former Helena Bighorn and founder of Molnar Hockey Skills. The afternoon skate will feature Helena Bighorns Head Coach Damon Hanson and Associate Head Coach Alex North.

 

Scott Cunningham, former Helena Bighorn Head Coach and SC Evolution Director, will be coaching the Junior and Senior Prep skates and he will be assisted by Coach Hanson, Coach North, Coach Molnar, and Coach Clemens. 

 

Goalies attending the camp will have former Helena Ice Pirate goalie, and director of HPGoaltending, Larry Clemens. He works with the Madison Capitals in the USHL, Janesville Jets in the NAHL. Larry works with clients from the NHL all the way down to kids just starting out in the position. Coach Clemens will be on the ice with all groups as well as having a goalie specific session.
